At certain times, during periods of staff shortages or sickness, the Whitefields phone lines will be transferred and answered by the staff at Delapre Medical Centre.

If you need medical advice outside of our normal working hours, phone the NHS 111 service who handle out of hours emergency services.
Your details will be taken and you may be offered advice, a home visit or asked to attend the Highfield Clinical Care Centre, Cliftonville Road, Northampton.
This is an emergency service and we rely on you to use it wisely.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility and parking
Delapre Medical Centre has been specially designed to make it easier for disabled patients to visit. We have car parking at the front of the Centre and a side ramp with easy access doors. We also have an intercom situated at the front door – please use this if you require help to enter the building.
There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. An induction loop is in operation in the reception area and portable inductions loops are available at reception for you to take into your consultation, on request. If you would like to see any further improvements please let us know.
Whitefields Surgery is also specially designed to make it easier for disabled patients to visit. All patient areas are located on the ground floor, as is the disabled toilet. There is a built-in induction loop in the reception area and portable induction loops are available for consultations. There is also ample parking with a ramp from car park.
